Where court or tribunal proceedings have not yet started, we can assist at a pre-action stage to achieve, where possible, an out-of-court settlement through strong and effective pre-action “open” correspondence, in “without prejudice” negotiations, representing your interests at a mediation, or some mix of these approaches.

Where proceedings have begun, we assist you with clear analysis at an early stage of the merits, and risks, of pursuing or defending a claim, and clear advice on the costs of doing so.
